Thrive Leads is a premium WordPress lead-capture plugin from Thrive Themes for opt-in forms, popups, and slide-ins. Advanced Form Integration captures every Thrive Leads opt-in submission and routes the data to any of 200+ destinations.

What you’ll need

  • The Thrive Leads plugin installed and activated.
  • At least one Thrive Leads form group / opt-in form configured.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Lead name Same as input
Lead email Same as input
Form group The Thrive Leads form group name
Form ID Numeric Thrive ID
Form type popup, slide-in, widget, inline, etc.
Created at YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS

Create the integration

  1. Go to WP Admin → AFI → Add New.
  2. Enter an Integration Title, e.g. Thrive popup → Mailchimp.
  3. In Trigger → Form/Data Provider, select Thrive Leads.
  4. In Form/Task Name, choose the form group.
  5. In Action → Platform, pick the destination and complete the field mapping.
  6. Optional: configure Conditional Logic.
  7. Click Save Integration.
