CRMOne
Overview
AFI pushes contacts, deals, and tickets into CRMOne, an all-in-one CRM platform. Use form submissions, orders, and user events to populate CRMOne with attributed leads and open deals automatically.
Supported actions
- Create / Update Contact
- Create Deal
- Add Tag
- Create Ticket
Authentication
- Log in to CRMOne.
- Open Settings > API Keys.
- Generate a new API key and copy it.
- In AFI go to Settings > CRMOne and paste the key.
How to create the integration
- In WordPress admin, go to AFI > New Integration.
- Pick your Sender (Contact Form 7, WPForms, WooCommerce, etc.) and the form / event to listen on.
- Pick CRMOne as the Receiver, then pick the Task you want to run.
- Map sender fields onto CRMOne’s fields. Email is required to create a contact. Custom fields, pipelines, and tags are fetched from your account.
- Optional: add Conditional Logic so the action only fires on matching submissions.
- Save and run a test submission. Check AFI > Log if anything looks off.
Notes & caveats
- Pipeline IDs are cached. Re-save the integration to refresh.
- Tag matching is case-insensitive —
VIPandvipare the same tag in CRMOne. - Custom fields must exist in CRMOne before mapping.
