Jungo

Estimated reading: 3 minutes Updated August 1, 2026

Jungo is a real estate CRM platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Jungo, so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.

What you’ll need

  • An active Jungo account.
  • A Jungo OAuth2 app (see below).
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Create a Jungo OAuth2 app

Jungo uses OAuth2 for API access. You need to register an app to get a Client ID and Client Secret.

  1. Sign in to the Jungo developer portal and create a new OAuth2 application.
  2. Copy the Redirect URI shown in the AFI Jungo settings tab and paste it into the app’s allowed redirect URIs.
  3. Note the Client ID and Client Secret.
  4. Paste them in AFI → Settings → Jungo and click Save & Authorize. After consent, AFI stores the token and refreshes it automatically.

Create the integration

  1. Go to AFI → Add New.
  2. Give the integration a name, for example Form to Jungo.
  3. Under Trigger, pick the form plugin and the specific form you want to listen on.
  4. Under Action → Platform, select Jungo.
  5. In Task, choose Create Contact / Loan Prospect.
  6. Pick the saved account in the Jungo Account dropdown.
  7. Map your form fields onto the Jungo fields listed below.
  8. Optional: open Conditional Logic to limit which submissions are sent.
  9. Click Save Integration.

Tasks supported

Create Contact / Loan Prospect

Creates a new contact record. The contact appears in your dashboard immediately.

Field Field key Required Notes
Salesforce Object sobject No API name of the target object — defaults to Contact. Use your org
First Name FirstName Yes Required by Salesforce
Email Email No Replace “field1” with the exact Salesforce field API name
Custom Field 2 cf__field2 No
Custom Field 3 cf__field3 No

Pro features

The Pro integration extends the free base with additional field mapping, custom field support, and other enhancements. Pro uses the same connection and tasks as the free version, so your existing integrations keep working.

Conditional logic example

Only send data to Jungo when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.

Troubleshooting

Nothing arrives in Jungo

Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.

Connection lost

The OAuth2 token may have expired or been revoked. Return to AFI → Settings → Jungo and click Re-authorize to refresh the connection.
