PropertyHive
Propertyhive is a real estate platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Propertyhive, so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.
What you’ll need
- An active Propertyhive account.
- An API key from Propertyhive (see below).
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.
Get your Propertyhive API key
Propertyhive authenticates with an API key.
- Sign in to your Propertyhive account.
- Navigate to the API or integrations section in your account settings.
- Generate or copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Propertyhive, click Add New Account, and paste the key.
Connect Propertyhive to AFI
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings and open the Propertyhive tab.
- Click Add New Account and paste the API key or token.
- Give the account a name you will recognise.
- Click Save.
Create the integration
- Go to AFI → Add New.
- Give the integration a name, for example
Form to Propertyhive. - Under Trigger, pick the form plugin and the specific form you want to listen on.
- Under Action → Platform, select Propertyhive.
- In Task, choose Create Property.
- Pick the saved account in the Propertyhive Account dropdown.
- Map your form fields onto the Propertyhive fields listed below.
- Optional: open Conditional Logic to limit which submissions are sent.
- Click Save Integration.

Conditional logic example
Only send data to Propertyhive when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.
Troubleshooting
Nothing arrives in Propertyhive
Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.
API key rejected
Copy the key directly from Propertyhive with no leading or trailing spaces. If the key was revoked or regenerated, update it in AFI → Settings → Propertyhive.
