QuForm2
QuForm 2 (also styled Quform) is a premium WordPress form builder plugin designed for advanced form creation with drag-and-drop ease, flexible layouts, and powerful field types. With Advanced Form Integration, you can connect QuForm submissions to external platforms such as CRMs, email marketing services, automation tools, and databases.

Data captured
When a QuForm form is submitted, AFI captures all user-input field values including:
- Text, textarea, and rich text fields
- Email and phone fields
- Dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, and multi-select fields
- Date and time fields
- File upload references
- Hidden fields and calculated values
- Special metadata such as Form ID and Form Name
How to set up
- Go to AFI → Add New in your WordPress admin.
- Under Trigger, select QuForm as the Form Provider.
- Pick the specific form you want to integrate from the dropdown.
- Under Action, choose your destination platform and task.
- Map QuForm fields to the destination platform fields.
- Click Save Integration.

Troubleshooting
Form not listed in the dropdown
Make sure QuForm is installed and activated, and that at least one form exists. If the form still does not appear, contact support.
Field missing from the mapping table
Certain field types require AFI Pro. If you are on the free plan and a field is not available, upgrading to Pro will unlock all QuForm field types. If a field should be available but is not showing, try submitting the form once while AFI is active so the field can be detected.
