Instantly

Instantly is a popular cold-email outreach platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Instantly as new leads added to a chosen campaign.

What you’ll need

• An active Instantly account.
• An Instantly API key (Settings → Integrations → API).
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Connect Instantly to AFI

1. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Instantly.
2. Paste the API key and click Save Changes.

Create the integration

1. Go to AFI → Add New.
2. Configure the trigger.
3. In Action → Platform, select Instantly.
4. In Task, choose Add Lead to Campaign.
5. Pick the Campaign.
6. Map the form fields:

• Email (required), First Name, Last Name.
• Company Name, Phone.
• Custom variables for Instantly’s spintax personalization.

1. Optional: configure Conditional Logic.
2. Click Save Integration.
