Thrive Apprentice

Thrive Apprentice is a premium WordPress LMS plugin from Thrive Themes. Advanced Form Integration captures Thrive Apprentice events (student enrollments, lesson and course completions) and routes the data to any of 200+ destinations.

What you’ll need

  • The Thrive Apprentice plugin installed and activated.
  • At least one course published.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Event data captured

Field Format
Event type student_enrolled, lesson_completed, course_completed
Student name First and last separately
Student email Same as input
Course title The course name
Lesson title If applicable
Completion date YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS

Create the integration

  1. Go to WP Admin → AFI → Add New.
  2. Enter an Integration Title.
  3. In Trigger → Form/Data Provider, select Thrive Apprentice.
  4. In Form/Task Name, choose the event.
  5. In Action → Platform, pick the destination and complete the field mapping.
  6. Optional: configure Conditional Logic.
  7. Click Save Integration.
