WebinarJam

WebinarJam is a popular live webinar platform from Genesis Digital. Advanced Form Integration registers form submitters as WebinarJam attendees automatically.

What you’ll need

• An active WebinarJam account.
• A WebinarJam API key (Account → Settings → API Integrations → API Token).
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Connect WebinarJam to AFI

1. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → WebinarJam.
2. Paste the API key and click Save Changes.

Create the integration

1. Go to AFI → Add New.
2. Configure the trigger.
3. In Action → Platform, select WebinarJam.
4. In Task, choose Register for Webinar.
5. Pick the Webinar and Schedule.
6. Map the form fields:

• Email, First Name, Last Name (required).
• Phone (optional).

1. Optional: configure Conditional Logic.
2. Click Save Integration.
