Reply.io
Overview
AFI pushes leads into Reply.io, the sales engagement and AI SDR platform, from WordPress lead forms. Every inbound lead can start a Reply sequence automatically.
Supported actions
- Create / Update Person
- Add to Campaign
- Mark as Replied / Stop
Authentication
- Click your profile > API & Integrations > API Keys.
- Generate a new key (Reply Cloud or REST API, depending on the account type).
- In AFI go to Settings > Reply.io and paste the key.
How to create the integration
- In WordPress admin, go to AFI > New Integration.
- Pick your Sender (Contact Form 7, WPForms, WooCommerce, etc.) and the form / event to listen on.
- Pick Reply.io as the Receiver, then pick the Task you want to run.
- Map sender fields onto Reply.io’s fields. Email is required. Custom fields must be pre-created on Reply.io.
- Optional: add Conditional Logic so the action only fires on matching submissions.
- Save and run a test submission. Check AFI > Log if anything looks off.
Notes & caveats
- Campaign IDs are fetched on save — re-save to refresh after adding new campaigns.
- Bounce protection: invalid emails are rejected by Reply.io’s pre-send filter — those rows show as failed in AFI logs.
- Stop / unsubscribe events: when a recipient unsubscribes in Reply, future Add to Campaign calls are blocked by Reply itself.
