Tebra (Kareo) is a healthcare platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Tebra (Kareo), so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.

What you’ll need

  • An active Tebra (Kareo) account.
  • An API key from Tebra (Kareo) (see below).
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Get your Tebra (Kareo) API key

Tebra (Kareo) authenticates with an API key.

  1. Sign in to your Tebra (Kareo) account.
  2. Navigate to the API or integrations section in your account settings.

Conditional logic example

Only send data to Tebra (Kareo) when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.

Troubleshooting

Nothing arrives in Tebra (Kareo)

Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.

API key rejected

Copy the key directly from Tebra (Kareo) with no leading or trailing spaces. If the key was revoked or regenerated, update it in AFI → Settings → Tebra (Kareo).
