Events Manager
Events Manager is a popular free WordPress event-management and booking plugin from Pixelite. Advanced Form Integration captures Events Manager events (new bookings, attendee registrations, status changes) and routes the data to any of 200+ destinations.
What you’ll need
- The Events Manager plugin installed and activated.
- At least one event with bookings enabled.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Custom booking form fields also flow through with their field name.
Create the integration
- Go to WP Admin → AFI → Add New.
- Enter an Integration Title.
- In Trigger → Form/Data Provider, select Events Manager.
- In Form/Task Name, choose the event.
- In Action → Platform, pick the destination and complete the field mapping.
- Optional: configure Conditional Logic.
- Click Save Integration.
