CINC

Cinc is a real estate CRM platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Cinc, so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.

What you’ll need

  • An active Cinc account.
  • A Cinc OAuth2 app (see below).
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Create a Cinc OAuth2 app

Cinc uses OAuth2 for API access. You need to register an app to get a Client ID and Client Secret.

  1. Sign in to the Cinc developer portal and create a new OAuth2 application.
  2. Copy the Redirect URI shown in the AFI Cinc settings tab and paste it into the app’s allowed redirect URIs.
  3. Note the Client ID and Client Secret.
  4. Paste them in AFI → Settings → Cinc and click Save & Authorize. After consent, AFI stores the token and refreshes it automatically.

Create the integration

  1. Go to AFI → Add New.
  2. Give the integration a name, for example Form to Cinc.
  3. Under Trigger, pick the form plugin and the specific form you want to listen on.
  4. Under Action → Platform, select Cinc.
  5. In Task, choose Create Lead.
  6. Pick the saved account in the Cinc Account dropdown.
  7. Map your form fields onto the Cinc fields listed below.
  8. Optional: open Conditional Logic to limit which submissions are sent.
  9. Click Save Integration.

Conditional logic example

Only send data to Cinc when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.

Troubleshooting

Nothing arrives in Cinc

Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.

Connection lost

The OAuth2 token may have expired or been revoked. Return to AFI → Settings → Cinc and click Re-authorize to refresh the connection.
