Reamaze is a customer support platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Reamaze, so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.

What you’ll need

  • An active Reamaze account.
  • An API key from Reamaze (see below).
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Get your Reamaze API key

Reamaze authenticates with an API key.

  1. Sign in to your Reamaze account.
  2. Navigate to the API or integrations section in your account settings.
  3. Generate or copy your API Key.
  4. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Reamaze, click Add New Account, and paste the key.

Connect Reamaze to AFI

  1. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings and open the Reamaze tab.
  2. Click Add New Account and paste the API key or token.
  3. Give the account a name you will recognise.
  4. Click Save.

Create the integration

  1. Go to AFI → Add New.
  2. Give the integration a name, for example Form to Reamaze.
  3. Under Trigger, pick the form plugin and the specific form you want to listen on.
  4. Under Action → Platform, select Reamaze.
  5. In Task, choose Create Contact.
  6. Pick the saved account in the Reamaze Account dropdown.
  7. Map your form fields onto the Reamaze fields listed below.
  8. Optional: open Conditional Logic to limit which submissions are sent.
  9. Click Save Integration.

Conditional logic example

Only send data to Reamaze when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.

Troubleshooting

Nothing arrives in Reamaze

Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.

API key rejected

Copy the key directly from Reamaze with no leading or trailing spaces. If the key was revoked or regenerated, update it in AFI → Settings → Reamaze.
