Lexoffice
Lexoffice is a accounting platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Lexoffice, so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.
What you’ll need
- An active Lexoffice account.
- An API token from Lexoffice (see below).
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.
Get your Lexoffice API token
Lexoffice authenticates with a bearer token.
- Sign in to your Lexoffice account.
- Open Settings → API or the developer/integrations section.
- Generate or copy your API Token (sometimes called a Personal Access Token).
- Paste it in AFI → Settings → Lexoffice.
Connect Lexoffice to AFI
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings and open the Lexoffice tab.
- Click Add New Account and paste the API key or token.
- Give the account a name you will recognise.
- Click Save.
Create the integration
- Go to AFI → Add New.
- Give the integration a name, for example
Form to Lexoffice. - Under Trigger, pick the form plugin and the specific form you want to listen on.
- Under Action → Platform, select Lexoffice.
- In Task, choose Create Contact.
- Pick the saved account in the Lexoffice Account dropdown.
- Map your form fields onto the Lexoffice fields listed below.
- Optional: open Conditional Logic to limit which submissions are sent.
- Click Save Integration.

Creates a new contact record. The contact appears in your dashboard immediately.

Conditional logic example
Only send data to Lexoffice when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.
Troubleshooting
Nothing arrives in Lexoffice
Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.
API key rejected
Copy the key directly from Lexoffice with no leading or trailing spaces. If the key was revoked or regenerated, update it in AFI → Settings → Lexoffice.
