Ewebinar is a webinars platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Ewebinar, so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.

What you’ll need

  • An active Ewebinar account.
  • An API token from Ewebinar (see below).
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Get your Ewebinar API token

Ewebinar authenticates with a bearer token.

  1. Sign in to your Ewebinar account.
  2. Open Settings → API or the developer/integrations section.
  3. Generate or copy your API Token (sometimes called a Personal Access Token).
  4. Paste it in AFI → Settings → Ewebinar.

Connect Ewebinar to AFI

  1. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings and open the Ewebinar tab.
  2. Click Add New Account and paste the API key or token.
  3. Give the account a name you will recognise.
  4. Click Save.

Create the integration

  1. Go to AFI → Add New.
  2. Give the integration a name, for example Form to Ewebinar.
  3. Under Trigger, pick the form plugin and the specific form you want to listen on.
  4. Under Action → Platform, select Ewebinar.
  5. In Task, choose Register Attendee.
  6. Pick the saved account in the Ewebinar Account dropdown.
  7. Map your form fields onto the Ewebinar fields listed below.
  8. Optional: open Conditional Logic to limit which submissions are sent.
  9. Click Save Integration.

Conditional logic example

Only send data to Ewebinar when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.

Troubleshooting

Nothing arrives in Ewebinar

Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.

API key rejected

Copy the key directly from Ewebinar with no leading or trailing spaces. If the key was revoked or regenerated, update it in AFI → Settings → Ewebinar.
