AFI
Brokermint
Brokermint is a mortgage management platform. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Brokermint, so every form entry on your WordPress site can create or update records automatically without manual data entry.
What you’ll need
- An active Brokermint account.
- An API key from Brokermint (see below).
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.
Get your Brokermint API key
Brokermint authenticates with an API key.
- Sign in to your Brokermint account.
- Navigate to the API or integrations section in your account settings.
- Generate or copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Brokermint, click Add New Account, and paste the key.
Connect Brokermint to AFI
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings and open the Brokermint tab.
- Click Add New Account and paste the API key or token.
- Give the account a name you will recognise.
- Click Save.
Create the integration
- Go to AFI → Add New.
- Give the integration a name, for example
Form to Brokermint. - Under Trigger, pick the form plugin and the specific form you want to listen on.
- Under Action → Platform, select Brokermint.
- In Task, choose Create Contact.
- Pick the saved account in the Brokermint Account dropdown.
- Map your form fields onto the Brokermint fields listed below.
- Optional: open Conditional Logic to limit which submissions are sent.
- Click Save Integration.

Create Contact
Creates a new contact record. The contact appears in your dashboard immediately.

Pro features
The Pro integration extends the free base with additional field mapping, custom field support, and other enhancements. Pro uses the same connection and tasks as the free version, so your existing integrations keep working.

Conditional logic example
Only send data to Brokermint when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.
Troubleshooting
Nothing arrives in Brokermint
Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.
API key rejected
Copy the key directly from Brokermint with no leading or trailing spaces. If the key was revoked or regenerated, update it in AFI → Settings → Brokermint.
