Conditional logic example
Only send data to Bloomerang when the form’s email field is not empty, so test submissions or incomplete entries do not create records. Add a condition: Email is not empty.
Troubleshooting
Nothing arrives in Bloomerang
Open AFI → Log and find the most recent entry for this integration. AFI stores the request it sent and the raw response it got back. If there is no log entry at all, the trigger never fired: re-check the form selection and submit a real test entry from the front end.
API key rejected
Copy the key directly from Bloomerang with no leading or trailing spaces. If the key was revoked or regenerated, update it in AFI → Settings → Bloomerang.
