Scoro is a work-management platform combining CRM, project management, time tracking, and billing: popular with agencies and consultancies. Advanced Form Integration sends form submissions to Scoro as new contacts or projects.

What you’ll need

  • An active Scoro account.
  • A Scoro API key (Settings → External APIs → Generate API key).
  • Your Scoro company account ID (URL prefix, e.g., yourcompany from yourcompany.scoro.com).
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin installed and activated.

Connect Scoro to AFI

  1. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Scoro.
  2. Enter the API key and account ID.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Create the integration

  1. Go to AFI → Add New.
  2. Configure the trigger.
  3. In Action → Platform, select Scoro.
  4. In Task, choose Create Contact or Create Project.
  5. Map the form fields:
  • For contact: Name, Lastname, Email, Phone, Company Name, Position, Country.
  • For project: Project Name, Customer ID, Status, Manager ID, Start Date, End Date, Budget.
  • Custom fields by API name.
  1. Optional: configure Conditional Logic.
  2. Click Save Integration.
