When a topic is posted under any forum, AFI can capture the submission and send it to your chosen integration. This is useful for monitoring discussions, managing user posts, or feeding insights into CRMs or helpdesk platforms.

How to Start
To set up your bbPress integration with AFI:
Open the AFI menu in your WordPress dashboard and click “Add New.”
Choose bbPress from the trigger platform dropdown.
Select your desired trigger point: User Creates a Forum or User Creates a Topic.
In the Action section, select the platform where you want the data to be sent.
Map the bbPress fields to your destination platform fields.
Click Save and your automation is live!
