Encharge

The Encharge integration allows you to automatically create a new contact (person) in your Encharge account whenever a form is submitted.

🔧 How to Set Up Encharge

Step 1: Get Your Encharge API Key

• Log in to your Encharge.io account.

• Click your profile image in the top-right corner and go to Settings > Your Account.

• Copy the API Key from the API section.

Step 2: Connect Encharge to WordPress

• In your WordPress dashboard, go to: Advanced Form Integration > Settings > Encharge.

• Paste the API Key into the provided input field.

• Click Save Changes to store the key securely.

• Create new person – Automatically create a new contact in Encharge with mapped form fields.

📝 How to Use the Integration

Step 1: Create a New Integration

• Go to Advanced Form Integration > New Integration.

• Select your preferred form plugin and form.

• Choose Encharge as the Action Platform.

• Select the Create new person task.

Step 2: Map Fields

• The plugin will automatically fetch your available Encharge fields.

• Map your form fields to Encharge fields like:

  • firstName, lastName, email, etc.

• Optionally, you can add a tags field (comma-separated tags will be applied to the person after creation).

Step 3: Save and Test

• Save the integration settings.

• Submit the form to test.

• Check your Encharge dashboard under People to see the new contact created.
