Advanced Form Integration

Estimated reading: 2 minutes Updated August 1, 2026

Advanced Form Integration (AFI) is a WordPress plugin that captures form submissions from 60+ supported form plugins and routes them to 200+ destination platforms: CRMs, spreadsheets, email tools, chat apps, project trackers, and more. It runs entirely on your own WordPress site, so submission data never passes through a third-party service.

This knowledge base covers everything from a five-minute first integration to advanced conditional-logic patterns and Pro features.

Where to start

If this is your first time with AFI, work through these in order:

  1. Getting Started: install, activate, and run your first integration in under 10 minutes.
  2. Pick your form plugin: open Sender Platforms and find the doc for the form plugin you use (CF7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro, Forminator, and many more).
  3. Pick your destination: open Receiver Platforms and find the doc for where you want the data to go.
  4. Refine with rules: add Conditional Logic to route only the submissions that match.

How it works in one paragraph

When a form is submitted on your site, AFI hooks into the form plugin’s submission event, takes the data, applies any conditional-logic rules you’ve configured, and forwards the data to the destination platform via that platform’s API. The whole pipeline runs inside WordPress: no external service, no proxy, no separate dashboard to log into. Logs of every send (and every failure) are stored in WordPress for replay or debugging.

What’s in this knowledge base

  • Getting Started: installation, licensing, the dashboard, your first integration.
  • Sender Platforms: one canonical doc per supported form plugin, with field-by-field support tables and quirks (file uploads, pipes, multi-select handling).
  • Receiver Platforms: one doc per destination, with credential setup, supported tasks, and troubleshooting.
  • Conditional Logic: every operator (Equal To, Contains, Greater Than, etc.) with examples and edge cases.
