Kadence Block Form is a flexible and lightweight form builder plugin included in the Kadence Blocks collection. It allows you to create both simple and advanced forms using the Gutenberg block editor. The Advanced Form Integration (AFI) plugin makes it easy to connect Kadence form submissions to hundreds of external platforms, including CRMs, email marketing tools, automation systems, and more — all without writing any code.

When a user submits a Kadence Block Form (either standard or advanced), AFI can automatically send the form data to your chosen external platform.

You’ll be able to capture:

• All submitted field values from the Kadence form

• Extra information such as form ID, user meta (if available), and other post-related data

This is ideal for:

• Sending leads to sales pipelines

• Adding subscribers to mailing lists

• Logging form entries in spreadsheets or databases

• Triggering automated workflows and more

🚀 How to Start

Setting up the Kadence Block Form integration with AFI is easy:

1. Go to the AFI menu in your WordPress dashboard and click “Add New.”

2. Select Kadence from the Trigger Platform dropdown list.

3. Pick your desired Kadence form from the list of detected forms.

4. Choose a Receiver Platform in the Action section.

5. Map the Kadence form fields to the appropriate fields of your selected platform.

6. Click Save, and your integration is ready!

⚠️ AFI supports both standard and advanced Kadence forms. Field detection is handled automatically based on the form type and structure.
