Avada Form
Avada Form is the built-in form builder of the Avada WordPress theme. With the AFI plugin, you can easily connect Avada Form submissions to hundreds of external services, enabling powerful automation and data syncing.
Supported Trigger Points
- Form Submission
Form Submission
When a user submits an Avada Form, AFI can instantly send the submitted data to your connected platform. Whether you’re collecting leads, sending notifications, or storing responses elsewhere, this integration helps streamline your workflow.
Captured data includes:
- All form field values
- Special tags such as submission time, user IP, form URL, etc.
This is useful for adding contacts to your CRM, subscribing users to a mailing list, logging support inquiries, and more.
How to Start
To set up your Avada Form integration:
- Navigate to the AFI menu in your WordPress dashboard and click Add New.
- Select Avada Form as your trigger platform.
- Choose the desired form from the list.
- Select your destination service in the Action section.
- Map the Avada form fields to the corresponding fields of your receiver platform.
Click Save, and you’re done!
Important — submit the form once before setting up the integration
Avada Form doesn’t write a form’s schema to the database when you build it in the theme editor — only when the form is actually submitted for the first time. Until that first submission, AFI has nothing to read, so the form (and its fields) won’t appear in AFI’s dropdowns.
Workflow:
- Build your form in the Avada Builder and publish the page that contains it.
- Open that page in a private/incognito window (or just on the front end) and submit the form once with any sample data.
- Avada writes the form’s schema to the database on that first submission.
- Now go to AFI > New Integration. The form will appear in the dropdown, and all of its fields will be available for mapping.
If you add or rename a field on an existing form later on, do another test submission so AFI sees the updated schema.
