Whenever a user submits a Live Forms form, AFI can automatically send the submitted data to your chosen external platform.
You’ll be able to capture:
User-submitted field values
Special metadata such as form ID, post info, submission context, etc.
This allows you to:
Add leads to CRMs
Register subscribers to mailing lists
Store data in third-party databases or automation platforms
Trigger follow-up tasks and workflows automatically
🔓 Note: In the free version of AFI, only Name and Email fields are supported. Full field mapping is available with the Professional plan.
🚀 How to Start
To integrate Live Forms with any supported platform using AFI:
Go to AFI > Add New in your WordPress dashboard
Select Live Forms from the Trigger Platform dropdown
Choose the form you want to integrate
Select your Receiver Platform in the Action Platform section
Map the form fields to the destination platform’s fields
Click Save – and your automation is ready to go!
