eForm

eForm is a powerful and flexible WordPress form builder plugin, widely used for quizzes, surveys, data collection, and payments. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can connect eForm submissions to CRMs, marketing platforms, spreadsheets, and more.

Supported Trigger

• Form Submission
  This trigger fires every time a form is submitted using eForm.

Available Fields

When setting up an integration with eForm, the following field types are available for mapping:

• All User Input Fields

All field labels from the form builder are auto-retrieved and shown with their corresponding input keys for easy mapping.

Setup Instructions

1. Go to AFI > Add New Integration.

2. Select eForm as the Trigger Platform.

3. Choose your form from the dropdown list.

4. Choose your Action Platform (e.g., Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, etc.).

5. Map eForm fields with your target fields.

6. Save the integration.

That’s it! Data will now be sent every time a user submits that form.
