FooEvents
FooEvents lets you sell tickets to events directly from your WordPress site using WooCommerce. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can automatically send ticket data to other platforms whenever a new ticket is created.
🔔 Supported Trigger
AFI supports one main trigger for FooEvents:

New Ticket Created – Fires immediately when FooEvents creates a new ticket after a customer completes a WooCommerce order.
This trigger is useful for notifying CRMs, marketing tools, or spreadsheets about new attendees or sales in real time.
📋 Available Fields
When a new ticket is created, AFI can collect and send the following fields to your connected platform:

| Event Name | Title of the related event |
| Attendee Name | Full name of the attendee |
| Attendee Email | Email address of attendee |
| Order ID | WooCommerce order ID |

These fields can be mapped to any supported integration like Google Sheets, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or your CRM of choice.
✅ Setup Steps

Navigate to AFI > Add New Integration.

Choose FooEvents as the Trigger Platform.

Select New Ticket Created as the trigger event.

Choose your Action Platform (e.g., a CRM, email tool, or webhook).

Map the FooEvents fields to your desired destination fields.

Save the integration.
Once done, each time a new ticket is issued, AFI will automatically send the data.
🧪 Additional Notes

AFI uses the
fooevents_create_tickethook provided by the FooEvents plugin to capture ticket data. -
The plugin fetches post meta and basic user data, ensuring accurate attendee info is transferred.

This integration is especially helpful for automating attendee tracking, newsletter signups, or sending welcome emails.
