Monday
Monday.com Integration
The Monday.com integration allows you to create new items in your Monday boards directly from form submissions using AFI.
Supported Triggers

Create Item – Adds a new item to the selected board and group.
Setup Instructions

Log in to your Monday.com account.

Click your profile picture > Developers > My Access Tokens.

Copy your access token.
Connect Monday.com

Go to AFI > Settings > Monday.com.

Paste your Access Token in the provided field.

Click Save to authorize the connection.
You can add multiple Monday.com accounts by saving different credentials with unique names.
Create Integration

Go to AFI > Integrations and click Add New Integration.

Choose your form and set the trigger (e.g., on form submit).

Select Monday.com as the action platform and choose Create Item as the task.
Map Fields

Account – Select the saved Monday.com account.

Board – Select the board where the item should be added.

Group – Select the group within the board.

Item Name – Provide a title or main field value for the item.

Map Fields – Map form fields to the available Monday columns.
AFI will automatically fetch the available columns from the selected board, allowing you to map data as needed.
Troubleshooting

If you receive an error while submitting, double-check your access token.

Ensure the correct board and group are selected.

Make sure column types in Monday match the data being submitted.

Logs are available in AFI > Logs for debugging failed submissions.
