Events Manager is a flexible and powerful plugin for managing events, bookings, and attendees in WordPress. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can automate actions when new bookings are added.
Supported Triggers
Currently, AFI supports the following trigger for Events Manager:
New Booking – Fires when a new booking is added to any event.
Available Fields
When a new booking is created, AFI can capture and send the following information:
Booking ID
Booking UUID
Event ID
Event Name
Person ID
Person Name
Person Email
Person Phone
Booking Price
Booking Spaces
Booking Comment
Booking Status
Booking RSVP Status
Booking Tax Rate
Booking Taxes
Booking Meta
How It Works
AFI listens for the em_booking_added
hook provided by Events Manager. When this action is fired, AFI collects relevant booking data, combines it with user and event information, and sends it to the connected third-party platform such as Google Sheets, Mailchimp, or any supported CRM.
Setup Instructions
Go to AFI > Add New Integration.
Choose Events Manager as the Trigger Platform.
Select New Booking as the trigger.
Choose your desired Action Platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Map the Events Manager fields to the appropriate fields of your target platform.
Save the integration.
Once saved, AFI will start sending data to the selected platform whenever a new booking is added.
Troubleshooting
Ensure that the Events Manager plugin is installed and active.
Review the AFI > Logs section for any errors or failed transmissions.
