Overview

The AFI plugin lets you connect your WordPress forms with Salesflare, a powerful CRM designed for small and medium businesses. When someone submits a form on your website, their details can be automatically sent to Salesflare as a new contact.

This is ideal for capturing leads, managing your sales pipeline, and automating CRM data entry.

✅ Supported Features

  • Add Contact to Salesflare

🔧 How To Setup

Step 1: Connect Your Salesflare Account

  1. Go to AFI → Settings → Salesflare

  2. Enter your API Key

  3. Click Save Changes

📌 How to Get Your API Key:

  • Log in to your Salesflare account

  • Go to Settings → API Key

  • Generate a key if you haven’t already

  • Copy and paste it into the AFI Salesflare settings page and save

Step 2: Create a New Integration

  1. Go to AFI → Add New

  2. You’ll land on the New Integration setup screen

🔹 Title
Give your integration a meaningful name (e.g., “Lead Capture – Salesflare”)

Click Save Integration at the bottom.

🎉 That’s it! Your form submissions will now automatically create contacts in Salesflare.

AFI Pro Enhanced Features

If you are using the Pro version of AFI, you get access to extended capabilities for Salesflare. Instead of just creating a contact, the Pro integration allows you to:

  • Add Account

  • Add Contact

  • Add Opportunity

  • Add Task

These four entity types can be created in one single submission using the “Add Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task” task. You can select which objects to create, assign them to specific owners, and map all standard and custom fields dynamically. This is especially useful for sales pipelines that require multiple records to be created simultaneously with minimal manual entry.

To use this feature, go to:

  • AFI → Add New

  • Select Salesflare [PRO] as the platform

  • Choose the task: Add Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task

  • Map your form fields accordingly and save

🔐 This feature is only available with the AFI Pro license.

🔍 Troubleshooting

If something isn’t working:

  • Go to AFI → Log and check the request logs for errors

  • Make sure your API Key is correct and active

  • Ensure the Email field is mapped and submitted

  • Confirm that no required fields are missing in your field mapping

  • Check your Salesflare account for API request limits or issues
