Overview
The AFI plugin lets you connect your WordPress forms to the Newsletter plugin, allowing automatic subscription of users to your Newsletter lists. Once a form is submitted, the data is sent directly to the selected Newsletter list.
This integration is ideal for building your subscriber base and managing email campaigns.

🔧 How To Setup
Step 1: Create a New Integration
Go to AFI → Add New
You will be taken to the New Integration setup screen.
🔹 Title
Give your integration a name like “Newsletter Signup – Newsletter Plugin”
🔹 Trigger
Form Provider: Choose your form plugin (e.g., WPForms, Contact Form 7, Elementor, etc.)
Form/Task Name: Select the form you want to connect
Step 2: Configure the Action
Platform
Select Newsletter
Task
Choose Subscribe To List
This task will subscribe the user to your selected list inside the Newsletter plugin.
Step 3: Map Fields
You will now see the available field mapping options.
🔹 Newsletter List
Select the list number you want to subscribe users to. Newsletter supports up to 40 list slots.
🔹 Subscriber Fields
Map your form fields to the available Newsletter subscriber fields:
Email (required)
Name (optional)
Surname
Status
Gender
Country Code
Region
City
Custom Fields (up to 20 supported)
Each left-hand field is from Newsletter. Use the dropdown to select the corresponding form field on the right.
Step 4: Save Integration
Click Save Integration at the bottom.
🎉 That’s it! Your form is now connected. When someone submits the form, they will be added to the selected Newsletter list.
🔍 Troubleshooting
If it doesn’t work as expected:
Go to AFI → Log and check the response logs.
Ensure:
The correct list was selected
The email field was mapped and not empty
Other required fields are properly mapped
The Newsletter plugin is active and working
