WP Booking Calendar is a popular plugin for managing appointment bookings and reservations in WordPress. With the Advanced Form Integration (AFI) plugin, you can automatically send booking data to external platforms whenever a booking is approved or cancelled.

AFI collects and sends relevant booking data when a booking is approved or cancelled:

• Booking ID

⚙️ How to Set Up Integration

1. Go to AFI > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.

2. Set Trigger Platform to WP Booking Calendar.

3. Select the trigger event: Booking Approved or Booking Cancelled.

4. Choose your Action Platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Zoho CRM).

5. Map the booking fields to the destination platform’s fields.

6. Save the integration and you’re done!
