Quiz and Survey Master
Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) is a powerful plugin to create quizzes, surveys, and exams in WordPress. Using Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can automatically send quiz submission data to external platforms when users complete, pass, or fail a quiz.

The following data is sent when any of the above triggers fire:
Quiz ID
Quiz Name
Total Points
Correct Answers
User ID (if logged in)
User Email (or anonymous if not provided)
🚀 How to Set Up
Go to AFI > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
Select Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) as the Trigger Platform.
Choose a trigger like “Quiz Submitted”, “Quiz Passed”, or “Quiz Failed”.
Choose your Action Platform (e.g., Google Sheets, Mailchimp, etc.).
Map the quiz fields to the fields of the destination platform.
Save the integration.

🛠 Troubleshooting
Make sure QSM is installed and quizzes are configured correctly.
Confirm that the AFI plugin has access to quiz submission data.
Check the AFI > Logs section to verify data transmission.
If no data is sent, ensure the specific trigger (Submitted / Passed / Failed) is properly selected and mapped.
