Groundhogg is a powerful marketing automation plugin for WordPress. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can connect Groundhogg with hundreds of external platforms β such as CRMs, email marketing tools, Google Sheets, and more β whenever specific user actions occur in Groundhogg.

This trigger lets you automate workflows the moment a tag is applied to a contact within Groundhogg.

These values can be sent to any connected platform using AFIβs mapping system.
β Setup Instructions
Go to AFI > Add New Integration.
Select Groundhogg as the Trigger Platform.
Choose the trigger Tag added to user.
Select your Action Platform (e.g., Webhook, Mailchimp, Airtable, etc.).
Map Groundhogg fields to the corresponding fields in the destination app.
Save and activate the integration.
Once set up, AFI will automatically send the mapped data to your selected platform whenever the specified tag is applied to a user in Groundhogg.
