Charitable is a powerful WordPress donation plugin designed to help non-profits raise funds with ease. With the AFI plugin, you can automatically send donation data from Charitable to other platforms, making it easier to manage donors, track contributions, and trigger follow-up actions.

This trigger is activated when a guest (anonymous) donor submits a donation without logging into your site. It allows you to capture basic donor and donation information and send it to platforms like CRMs, spreadsheets, or email marketing tools.
User Makes a Donation
This trigger fires when a logged-in user makes a donation. In addition to the donation and campaign data, you can also access the user ID and sync the information with user-specific records in your system.

How to Start
To set up your Charitable integration:
In your WordPress dashboard, go to AFI > Add New.
Select Charitable as the Trigger Platform.
Choose the appropriate trigger point:
Guest Makes a Donation
User Makes a Donation
Select your Action Platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Map the Charitable fields to your action platform’s fields.
Click Save, and your automation is ready to run.
Notes
AFI automatically detects whether the donation was made by a logged-in user or a guest and triggers the appropriate action.
Only approved/valid donations will be processed by AFI.
