Awesome Support is a comprehensive helpdesk and support ticketing system for WordPress. With the AFI plugin, you can automate ticket-related events by sending data to other platforms as soon as a ticket is created—whether by a client or support agent.

Agent Opens a Ticket

When a support agent opens a new ticket, AFI can instantly send the ticket details to your connected platform. This allows for automated follow-ups, syncing with CRMs, or tracking internal support activity.

Data sent includes:

  • Ticket ID

  • Ticket Subject

  • Ticket Content

  • Agent ID

  • Agent Name

  • Created At


Client Opens a Ticket

When a client creates a support ticket, AFI can automatically send the submitted data to your desired platform. This is useful for support automation, creating leads, logging user issues, or initiating onboarding workflows.

Data sent includes:

  • Ticket ID

  • Ticket Subject

  • Ticket Content

  • Client ID

  • Client Name

  • Created At


How to Start

Setting up your Awesome Support integration is quick and easy:

  1. Go to the AFI menu in your WordPress admin area and click “Add New.”

  2. From the trigger platform dropdown, select Awesome Support.

  3. Choose one of the supported trigger points: Agent Opens a Ticket or Client Opens a Ticket.

  4. Select the action platform you want to send data to.

  5. Map the available ticket fields to the relevant fields in the destination platform.

Click Save and your integration is ready to go.
