How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Sales.Rocks

Sales.Rocks is a sales intelligence platform. WooCommerce captures orders beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Sales.Rocks. Here is the full setup.

Connect Sales.Rocks to AFI

Sales.Rocks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Sales.Rocks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Sales.Rocks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Sales.Rocks as the destination

Choose Sales.Rocks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead in Sales.Rocks.

4. Map fields

Match each Sales.Rocks field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Sales.Rocks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
