How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Sarbacane

Sarbacane is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into Sarbacane using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Sarbacane to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Sarbacane.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Sarbacane as the destination

Choose Sarbacane from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Sarbacane.

4. Map fields

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Sarbacane to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
