How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Salesmate

Salesmate is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every WooCommerce order should flow into Salesmate automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

Connect Salesmate to AFI

1. Log in to Salesmate and go to Setup → API & SDK.
2. Create an API client and copy the credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesmate.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Salesmate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Salesmate as the destination

Choose Salesmate from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesmate.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesmate field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Salesmate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
