How to Send weForms Data to Zoho Subscriptions

Zoho Subscriptions is a billing platform. If you want weForms submission synced to Zoho Subscriptions, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Zoho Subscriptions to AFI

Zoho Subscriptions uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Subscriptions, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Zoho Subscriptions.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Zoho Subscriptions as the destination

Choose Zoho Subscriptions from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in Zoho Subscriptions.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Subscriptions field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Zoho Subscriptions to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
