Zoom Webinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Every weForms submission record should flow into Zoom Webinar automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to webinar platform. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
  • A Zoom Webinar account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoom Webinar to AFI

Zoom Webinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoom Webinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Zoom Webinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Zoom Webinar as the destination

Choose Zoom Webinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoom Webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoom Webinar field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Zoom Webinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Zoom Webinar with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and session selection. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which weForms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
