How to Send Quill Forms Data to Keap

Keap is a CRM and automation that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want Quill Forms submission synced to Keap, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.

Connect Keap to AFI

Keap uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Keap, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Keap.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Keap as the destination

Choose Keap from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in Keap.

4. Map fields

Match each Keap field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Keap to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
