How to Send Quill Forms Data to Keila

Keila is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into Keila automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Keila to AFI

Keila uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Keila, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Keila.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Keila as the destination

Choose Keila from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Keila.

4. Map fields

Match each Keila field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Keila to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
