How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to EverWebinar

EverWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. LearnDash handles a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson on your WordPress site. EverWebinar is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
• A EverWebinar account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect EverWebinar to AFI

1. Log in to your EverWebinar account.
2. Copy your API Token from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EverWebinar.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to EverWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select EverWebinar as the destination

Choose EverWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for an EverWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each EverWebinar field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check EverWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
