How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to eWebinar

Connect eWebinar to AFI

1. Log in to your eWebinar account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → eWebinar.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to eWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select eWebinar as the destination

Choose eWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an eWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each eWebinar field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check eWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
