How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Airmeet

Airmeet is a virtual events platform. LearnDash manages a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Airmeet.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
• A Airmeet account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Airmeet to AFI

1. Log in to your Airmeet account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Airmeet.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Airmeet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Airmeet as the destination

Choose Airmeet from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an Airmeet event.

4. Map fields

Match each Airmeet field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Airmeet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
