How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Aircall

Aircall is a phone system platform. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Aircall automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.

Connect Aircall to AFI

1. Log in to your Aircall dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API ID and Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Aircall.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Aircall.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Aircall as the destination

Choose Aircall from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Aircall.

4. Map fields

Match each Aircall field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Aircall to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
