How to Send Dokan Data to Attentive

Connect Attentive to AFI

1. Log in to your Attentive account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Attentive.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Attentive.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Attentive as the destination

Choose Attentive from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This subscribes a contact in Attentive.

4. Map fields

Match each Attentive field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Attentive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
