How to Send Dokan Data to Attio

Attio is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Dokan manages a vendor registers or a product is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Attio.

Connect Attio to AFI

Attio uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Attio, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Attio.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Attio as the destination

Choose Attio from the platform dropdown and pick Create Record. This creates a record in Attio.

4. Map fields

Match each Attio field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Attio to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
