How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Shape Software

Connect Shape Software to AFI

1. Log in to your Shape Software account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Shape Software.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Shape Software.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Shape Software as the destination

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Shape Software to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
