How to Send WooCommerce Orders to EZ Texting

EZ Texting is a SMS marketing platform. Every WooCommerce order should flow into EZ Texting automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

Connect EZ Texting to AFI

EZ Texting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → EZ Texting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to EZ Texting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select EZ Texting as the destination

Choose EZ Texting from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to EZ Texting.

4. Map fields

Match each EZ Texting field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check EZ Texting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
